HOW TO MANAGE YOUR ANGER AND FRUSTRATION DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC

The year 2020 is the worst year for all of us. In January there was only 1 case of coronavirus in India but as of now, there are 14.35 Lakhs cases out of which 4.85 cases are active.
We have to wear a mask, sanitize our hands, and maintain social distancing whenever we go outside for some work. These steps are important for the safety of our life and our family members. There were both losses of life and jobs. So, It is obvious to feel frustrated and show anger even on small things. 
Here are a few tips which you must follow to manage your frustration and anger in this difficult times.
  • The first and foremost thing which you have to do is to figure out the actual reason of your anger.
  • Do share your feelings with your family and friends.
  • Devote some time in exercise. This not only helps you to release your mental stress but also keeps you physically fit.
  • Engage yourself in something you will love to do. 
These are some of the ways to manage your frustration and anger during this difficult time. Always remember that nothing is permanent in this life. This difficult time will soon pass by. Just we have to face it patiently and never lose hope.

74TH INDEPENDENCE DAY

  This year we celebrated 74th Independence Day in a unique way due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. This day has it's own importance as we got freedom on this day from British rule after almost 200 years of its ruling. We faced a lot of struggles and sacrifices many lives during this period. On this day we pay tribute to the leaders who fought for India's freedom. PM Narendra Modi, on this day, addressed the nation from the Red Fort. Some of the important highlights of his speech : He focuses on Atmanirbhar Bharat that is to make India a self- reliant country. He has given stressed to follow the mantra of 'Make for World' along with 'Make in India'. He also appeals to the nation to take a pledge to make 'Vocal for Local'. PM Modi also pays tribute to coronavirus warriors and told about the coming up of coronavirus vaccine. India has ongoing three vaccine development and India is ready for its massive production once these vaccines get all clearances...

WAYS TO DEVELOP POSITIVE THINKING

  Positive thinking is very essential. If we think positive then positive things happen in our lives and we feel more satisfied. Some of the ways to develop positive thinking are: Read inspirational and motivational books as You can Win, The Secret, Who will cry when you die and many more in your free time. Do Mediation. Do some exercises to keep your mind and body healthy and active. Stay away from negative thinking people.  Never think about your future or past.  Concentrate on your present because if the present is good then your past and future automatically become better. Enjoy every moment of your life. Practice Gratitude. If you are feeling depressed talk to your friends or family members or else you can listen to some happy and positive songs. Remember, we all have one life. It's in our own hands how we are living our lives.  So, Be Positive, Stay focused on your goals and never lose hope.
